I wonder why haven't Honda responded to my query still. I cant even find a dedicated complain box for Honda bikes. I'm totally frustrated and annoyed with the response by Honda dealers. Please let me know if there any contact number for Honda complain center or the service manager contact number. I have been cheated by the Honda dealer (JSP Honda) where they have dispatched a used bike to me. Each time i demand a response from them i get no proper reply. I HAVE PAID 2 LAHKS FOR A *** WHICH WEIGHS 160KGS. I completely regret right from the registration of my bike till date for going for a Honda bike. I have used Bajaj and TVS bikes where they at least respond to customer queries at once and also have experts for bike service. Honda just illusions as the best brand in the world. But sorry to say not in here. At least does honda have a genuine service experts who can diagnose the problems in the CBR bike. I deserve a reply ASAP. At least kindly email me a contact number to register a complain with the top heads in Honda.

I would never anymore recommend Honda products to anyone.

Hello,

I would like to thank Honda for responding my query at the earliest for replacing my sim part in my CBR engine.

But I regret to inform that I'm completely not satisfied with the service done to my bike. I still experience the knocking noise in my bike engine after even changing the sim part (which I believe they have really replaced), when asked the service expert he said the bike is designed only to drive below 80Kmph and not to drive more than that. I accept I have drove this bike on 120 Kmph thrice. I doubt that if i really got a Honda 250cc only with all original parts inside. I had a wonderful impression on Honda bikes and would advice my friends for it. But i'm really sorry to say i do not have the same impression anymore. My bike which is hardly 4months old is not even equal to a Honda bike.

Also I dont know if you guys understood the fact in my previous complain on JSP that, I purchased a CBR 250 on Jan1st and after me using it for more than a month JSP realized that they have dispatched someone else's bike to me. So they again delivered another CBR to me and I even complained them that this bike seems to be a used one but JSP gave a evasive reply. And I suspect that is the reason for my bike to have so much problems though me taking the best care of it.

When JSP dispatched another bike after a month me using someone else's bike. I complained to them this bike doesn't even have the Honda beat in it. I'm totally frustrated that JSP has cheated and have sold a used bike to me. Since i have been facing issues right from the beginning. I demand a replacement for my bike at once. I do not want to be a loser after spending 2Lakhs on it. Hope you would consider this request and expedite it ASAP.

Hi,

I write with complete regret and highly disappointed with regards to the service and customer satisfaction.I purchased a CBR 250R and I have been facing issues right from my registration till date.

Initially JSP Honda dispatched another bike which was allotted for another customer and when i got my bike which was in my name, it seemed to be used and i experience a knocking noise in the engine. When asked for service i get a lethargic reply stating that all CBR has this problem since the sim part on the engine was worn out and we do not have a spare and would take more than a month to get it. I wonder if Honda is manufacuring with low quality parts which gets worn out in just 2-3months for an expensive bike? I really don't think i deserve this reply after paying 2 Lahks for my bike and not satisfied with the ride.

I opted for a Honda bike thinking the performance and service would be the best but i never thought this could be this worse. I had been to the service station 5 times in just 3 months but still not satisfied with the performance. I write hoping some action would be taken to make me feel I ride a original Honda CBR. Also i posted in the honda website thinking they would take it serious but they were very cool and called me after a week but again did nothing to help.

I could not find a Honda complaint contact number anywhere in the internet.Could anyone please help me with the contact number in order to place a complaint in a higher level.
